Labaton Keller Sucharow Associate Lisa Strejlau was named a North America Litigation Rising Star of the Year at the 2025 Women in Business Law Awards.  This prestigious title is awarded to an up-and-coming female attorney who has demonstrated excellence in litigation and helping women to advance in the legal profession.  The Women in Business Law Awards celebrate the initiatives and individuals that are setting new standards for leadership, innovation, and impact within the legal profession across over 30 practice areas, spotlighting the firms that support and recognize female practitioners who are driving meaningful change.

Lisa serves as Chair of the Firm’s Associate Development Committee and has played a pivotal role in securing favorable settlements for investors in a variety of securities class actions, including In re ADT Inc. Securities Litigation ($30 million recovery); In re Barclays Plc Securities Litigation ($19.5 million recovery); In re BrightView Holdings, Inc. Securities Litigation ($11.5 million recovery); and John Ford, Trustee of the John Ford Trust v. UGI Corporation ($10.25 million recovery), among others.
