Sebastian Van Oudenallen

Sebastian Van Oudenallen is an Associate in the Delaware office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP.  Sebastian focuses his practice on representing investors in corporate governance and transactional matters, including class action and derivative litigation.

Before joining the Firm, Sebastian was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Nathan A. Cook in the Delaware Court of Chancery, a Law Clerk for the Honorable N. Christopher Griffiths in the Delaware Supreme Court, and a Chambers Law Clerk in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court.  Prior to that, Sebastian worked as an Associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, where he focused on corporate and commercial litigation.

Sebastian earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor for the Temple Law Review.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, where he competed in Division I cross country and track and field.
