Morris Dweck is Of Counsel in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. With nearly a decade of experience, Morris represents consumers nationwide in complex and high-stakes matters. He currently focuses on representing claimants in mass arbitrations, with an emphasis on consumer protection, privacy, and financial claims.
In prior roles, Morris oversaw multiple litigations and managed thousands of mass tort claims involving Roundup, DePuy ASR, Stryker, and Benicar, among others.
Morris earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a Notes Editor for the Journal of Public Interest Law. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Marsha Steinhardt of the New York State Supreme Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College.
