The Firm was named “Consumer Protection Firm of the Year” recognizing our unwavering commitment to protecting consumers through industry-leading advocacy and exceptional trial work.  Among the Firm's many accomplishments over the past year was a historic jury trial verdict in a data privacy case against Meta Platforms, in which Meta was found liable for its role in the unauthorized collection and commercial use of highly personal health data entered into the Flo Health app.  The verdict marked a significant milestone in consumer privacy litigation and underscored the Firm's ability to successfully litigate complex, high-impact cases on behalf of consumers.

In addition, Partner Francis P.
