Partner Christine M. Fox Appointed Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee

Partner Christine M. Fox has been appointed Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Committee.

The Securities Litigation Committee is an invaluable resource for those practicing or interested in securities litigation, including class actions and regulatory enforcement matters.  Its diverse membership spans attorneys from both the plaintiff and defense sides, corporate counsel, institutional investors, and academics.  The committee sponsors a variety of programs, including its annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute, which features presentations by noted jurists and seasoned litigators and attracts practitioners from across the metropolitan area.  Through its subcommittees, the Securities Litigation Committee also publishes reports and articles on recent securities law trends and other topics of interest.

Each year, the committee hosts the highly regarded Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute, one of the Bar’s premier programs.

Christine succeeds Partner Lauren Ormsbee, whose tenure as Co-Chair strengthened the committee’s work and impact.
