Among her successes of 2025, Carol co-led the team that secured a historic jury verdict against Meta Platforms, Inc. in Frasco v. Flo Health Inc., which found the company liable for the unauthorized collection and use of sensitive personal health data through the Flo Health app and marked a watershed moment in the fight for digital accountability, standing as one of the first cases where a jury has held a major technology company accountable for its handling of consumer health information.
