Milana Babic is the Financial Analyst Manager for Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She oversees key aspects of the Firm's institutional investor monitoring program.
Milana manages a team of data analysts who work diligently to ascertain clients' financial exposure to companies allegedly engaging in wrongdoing. The analysis is based on court-approved loss methodologies, and the team performs numerous checks to determine clients' potential recoveries under the securities laws and identify possible obstacles to a recovery.
Previously, Milana was a Financial Analyst at a prominent securities litigation law firm and a private investment firm. In those roles, she researched and analyzed industry and company-specific trends, developed forecasts, and performed competitive analysis and valuation sensitivity analysis.
Milana earned her master’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from University Business Academy and received her bachelor’s degree from University of Novi Sad.
