Joseph J. Clark is a Senior Investigator for Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. He joined the Firm in 2012 and is a member of the Firm’s Investigative Team. Joseph’s primary responsibility is gathering crucial evidence for case development, ranging from securities fraud to whistleblower representation.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Joseph was an investigator at Milberg LLP, where he earned the role of primary qui tam investigator and led more than 30 investigations over a nine-month period. Joseph worked with the firm’s attorneys on various types of investigations including qui tam, false claims, and foreign corruption. Joseph also brings 12 years of sales operation management, which exposed him to numerous industries and allowed him to build strategic business partnerships.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from William Paterson University.
