Jessica Brogan is an Investigator in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Jessica’s primary responsibilities include gathering crucial evidence for case development, ranging from securities fraud to whistleblower representation.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Jessica was an Associate at Slater Slater Schulman LLP, where she assisted in legal research, case analysis, and conducted witness interviews. Prior, she was a Litigation Specialist at The Brattle Group, where she performed large-scale document review and worked alongside experts to draft expert reports. While in law school, Jessica was a Legal Intern in the Office of the Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Services.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the Women’s Law Society and Tax Law Society. She received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from St. John’s University.
