Jennifer Cullert is Labaton Keller Sucharow’s Director of Human Resources. Her team is responsible for working with Firm leadership on strategic personnel and staffing issues, managing the benefits and wellness programs, collaborating on the payroll process, assisting the Executive Committee in the compensation and evaluation process, facilitating onboarding and integration of new hires, and coordinating the attorney training and mentoring programs. Jen also oversees the Firm’s Executive Assistant team, the Word Processing team, the Reception and Facilities team, and the Copy Center team.
Before joining the Firm, Jen served as Vice President of Human Resources at Haymarket Media, Inc., where she reported directly to the company CEO and was responsible for all aspects of human resources for four domestic offices of the global media company. Prior to this position, she served as Director of Recruiting at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. She began her career with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP where she was the Manager of Professional Development and Training.
Previously, Jen co-founded an educational enrichment program that introduced pre-school aged children to philanthropy and charitable giving and served as Board President of her condominium.
Jen received her M.A. in Social/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College, and her B.A. in Psychology from New York University, College of Arts and Sciences, where she was a member of both the basketball and volleyball teams.
