Daniel Brecher is an Investigator in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Daniel's primary responsibilities include gathering crucial evidence for case development, ranging from securities fraud to whistleblower representation.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Daniel was a Senior Investigative Analyst at Corporate Resolutions Inc. where he performed due diligence background investigations for the alternative investment and legal communities. Prior, he was an Investigator at Intelligence Options LLC, a subsidiary of Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, where he conducted in-depth background and asset investigations on individuals and companies.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, magna cum laude, from University at Albany, State University of New York.
