Kiersten E. Holms is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Kiersten focuses her practice on representing individuals in a variety of consumer and mass tort actions.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Kiersten worked as an associate at a plaintiff’s firm. Previously, she was an associate at a prominent defense firm where she worked on commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Additionally, Kiersten was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Judge Robert E. Payne in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Kiersten’s pro bono practice has encompassed housing matters in New York City and federal black lung benefits advocacy on behalf of coal miners and their survivors.
Kiersten earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was a Lead Articles Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review, a Burks Scholar Teaching Assistant, 3L Student Bar Association President, and President and Co-Founder of the Environmental Law Society. Kiersten received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
