Jeffrey A. Dubbin

Jeffrey A. Dubbin is Of Counsel at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP, where he represents institutional investors in complex securities fraud and corporate governance matters.   He also advises public and private pension funds and asset managers on disclosure, regulatory, and litigation issues.

Before joining the Firm, Jeff was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff and the Honorable Larry Alan Burns of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.   Previously, he served as Legal Counsel to Matrix Capital Management, an investment management firm.

Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he contributed to successful merits briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court as a member of the Supreme Court Clinic.  He received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
