Garrity A. Kuester is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Garrity focuses her practice on representing consumers in cybersecurity and data privacy litigation. 

Prior to her current role at Labaton Keller Sucharow, Garrity served as a Judicial Intern for Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave of the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York. 

Garrity earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.
