Dylan A. Berger

Dylan A. Berger is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP.  Dylan focuses his practice on litigating securities fraud class actions on behalf of institutional investors.  As a member of the Firm’s Case Evaluation Group, Dylan assists in the identification, investigation, and development of potential actions.

Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Dylan was an Associate at Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky, LLP, where he worked on a variety of complex securities and shareholder litigation matters.  While in law school, Dylan was a Legal Intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission and a Legal Intern at the Federal Communications Commission.

Dylan earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Achievement Award for Outstanding Student in Complex Financial Litigation.  He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
