Ned Weinberger Named Board Member of Institute for Law and Economic Policy

Ned Weinberger, Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Shareholder Rights Litigation Practice, has joined the Institute for Law and Economic Policy (ILEP) as its newest Board Member.  ILEP is a public policy research and educational foundation whose mission is to preserve, study, and enhance investor and consumer access to the civil justice system.  ILEP was founded in 1995 by Partner Edward Labaton.  Over the past two decades, ILEP has conducted cutting edge symposia with scholars representing competing viewpoints.  Papers presented and published have been cited in over 60 federal court cases, including several important U.S. Supreme Court decisions.

Ned joins ILEP Co-Founder and President Emeritus Edward Labaton as well as Partner James Johnson as a member of the Advisory Board.
