Labaton Keller Sucharow once again received a top tier ranking among plaintiffs’ securities litigation firms in the United States in Institutional Shareholder Services Securities Class Action Services’ “Top Plaintiff Law Firms of 2024” report.  The Firm was ranked third, recovering $638 million for shareholders in 2024.  

In 2024, Labaton was lead counsel in Boston Retirement System v. Uber Technologies, Inc. ($200 million settlement) in the Northern District of California, which ranked among the top five recorded North American securities-related settlements in 2024.  In addition, Labaton achieved settlements on behalf of shareholders against in actions Discovery ($125 million), Pattern Energy Group ($100 million), Oak Street Health ($60 million), Okta ($60 million), and Novavax ($47 million), among others.

ISS SCAS’s annual report is an analysis of securities class action litigation firms and their results in the previous year.  The report ranks plaintiff firms both by dollar value of final recoveries in which the law firm served as lead or co-lead counsel and the number of settlements achieved in the year.
