The firm has been named a finalist in five categories:

- Intersectional Diversity Firm of the Year: North America
- Career Development North America Firm of the Year
- Gender Diversity Advocacy North America Firm of the Year
In addition, individual members of the Firm have been recognized for their outstanding achievements:
- Carol C. Villegas, Partner – Finalist for North America Privacy & Data Protection Lawyer of the Year and North America: Outstanding Achievement Award
- Lauren A. Ormsbee, Partner – Finalist for North America: Thought Leader of the Year
Celebrating the initiatives and individuals that are setting new standards within the legal profession, the Women in Business Law Awards spotlight firms across more than 30 practice areas that support the advancement of women in law and recognize female practitioners who are driving meaningful change in the industry. In previous years, Labaton Keller Sucharow was named Gender Diversity North America Firm of the Year, Partner Carol C. Villegas was named Securities Litigator of the Year and Thought Leader of the Year, and Associate Lisa Strejlau was named a North America Litigation Rising Star of the Year.
