National plaintiffs’ law firm Labaton Keller Sucharow is pleased to announce it has elected two new Of Counsel, effective January 1, 2022.

The newly appointed Of Counsel are:

• Jake Bissell-Linsk focuses his practice on securities fraud class actions, including federal securities claims arising out of "going private" transactions.  He is actively prosecuting actions against AT&T and Nielsen, among others, and engaged in prosecuting claims involving international investigations extending to jurisdictions such as China, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and Europe.
  

• James T. Christie focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors.  He is currently involved in litigating cases against major U.S. and non-U.S. corporations, such as Alexion Pharmaceuticals, GoGo, Kodak, 2U, Precision Castparts, Flex, CannTrust Holdings, iQIYI, and Weatherford International.  James has been recognized as a "Rising Star of the Plaintiffs Bar" by The National Law Journal Elite Trial Lawyers.  He also serves as Assistant General Counsel of the Firm.
