Janel C. Laughlin is the Firm’s Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer. She leads all marketing, client development, and client services efforts for the Firm. Janel is responsible for setting the direction of the Firm’s marketing and client development efforts and provides leadership and strategic direction for the Firm’s client relations, marketing and brand strategy, digital technology, and client engagement. She Co-Chairs the Firm’s Technology Committee and is a member of the Firm’s Case Development Group and Women's Networking and Mentoring Initiative.
Janel collaborates with the Firm’s Executive Committee to establish and execute Labaton Keller Sucharow’s strategic priorities to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional and innovative services to the Firm’s clients. Janel leads a team of marketing and communications, client services, financial data, and digital technology professionals across the Firm.
Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Janel was the Global Director of Marketing and Business Development at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Active in the New York community, Janel serves on the Board of the Bowery Mission and is an Associate Committee Member at The Whitney and Museum of Modern Art.
Janel graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelor of Art in Art History.
