With historic wins by our Whistleblower Representation Group and recoveries of more than $3.6 billion in Securities and Antitrust cases against corporate behemoths, including Facebook, Morgan Stanley, Petrobras, and Wells Fargo, Labaton Sucharow continues to achieve landmark results for our clients.

We are equally proud of our accomplishments in advocating for the underprivileged and leveling the playing field for the disadvantaged.  Our lawyers' pro bono efforts in 2018 secured life-changing victories for asylum seekers.  Our Women's Initiative is playing a leading role in promoting diversity and inclusion in institutional investing.  And our Firm's continued support of charitable and nonprofit organizations such as the Legal Aid Society, the City Bar Justice Center, the Public Justice Foundation, and various food banks underscores our long-standing commitment to fairness and equality for everyone in our community.

We thank our clients and friends for giving us the opportunities to do what we love doing: great work and giving back.
