Current and former nCino and Live Oak Bank employees may be entitled to compensation.

Labaton Sucharow is investigating allegations that financial companies nCino and Live Oak Bank entered into illegal “no-poach” agreements.  Pursuant to these agreements, nCino and Live Oak Bank agreed not to solicit each other’s employees in violation of federal antitrust laws.

Background and Anticompetitive Conduct

On February 24, 2021, nCino disclosed in an SEC filing that its officers and other employees were served with grand jury subpoenas wherein the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice is seeking documents and information in connection with an investigation of the company’s hiring and wage practices under U.S. federal antitrust laws.

Potential Class Action

If you are a current or former employee of either nCino or Live Oak Bank, you may have been impacted by this unlawful conduct and may be entitled to compensation.  For a free consultation to discuss the specifics of your case, contact the Labaton Sucharow attorneys listed below.  We can provide an evaluation of the merits of your case and explain how you can get involved in a class action against these companies.
