National plaintiffs’ law firm Labaton Sucharow is pleased to announce it has elected John Vielandi as Of Counsel, effective September 15, 2022.

John researches, analyzes and assesses potential new shareholder litigations with a focus on breaches of fiduciary duty and mergers and acquisitions. He is currently prosecuting cases against QAD Inc., Pattern Energy Group Inc., and Snap, Inc., among others.
