Overview

William G. Passannante II is an Associate in the Delaware office of Labaton Sucharow LLP.  Will's practice focuses on representing investors in corporate governance and transactional matters, including class action litigation.
 
Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Will clerked for the Honorable Jennifer Choe-Groves and the Honorable M. Miller Baker at the United States Court of International Trade, where Will additionally supported sittings by designation on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.  Prior to clerking, Will was an Associate and Summer Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.  Will’s legal career began as a Paralegal working on False Claims Act investigations and litigation at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
 
Will earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.  During law school, Will was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, the Fordham Moot Court Board, and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Program as well as a Stein Scholar for the Public Interest.  Will received a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College.
