William A. Accordino Jr. is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Sucharow LLP. William focuses his practice on securities class actions and is primarily involved in the representation of institutional investors in complex securities litigation.
William is engaged in the high-profile litigation of In re Marriott International, Inc., among other matters. William represents the plaintiffs in a consolidated securities action stemming from the hotel chain's statements to investors regarding Marriott’s data security and the company’s due diligence during its acquisition of Starwood.
Prior to joining the Firm, William served as a judicial intern for Justice Eileen Bransten in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
William earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. John’s University’s School of Law. While a student, William was a member of St. John’s Law’s American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, Moot Court Honors Society, and Securities Arbitration Clinic. He received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University – Camden.
