Wendy Tsang focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors. Wendy currently litigates cases against Allstate, PG&E, and BP. She was also part of the teams that secured a $35 million recovery from Facebook and a $10.5 million recovery from construction giant, KBR, Inc.
Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Wendy served as an accountant at Egon Zehnder International, Inc., the world’s largest privately held executive search and talent strategy firm. She also previously served as a judicial extern in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York under the Honorable Colleen McMahon.
Wendy earned a J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was the Note and Comment Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She received her B.B.A., cum laude, in Accounting from Baruch College.
Wendy is conversant in Cantonese Chinese.
