Molly R. Cohen is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Sucharow LLP. Molly focuses on representing consumers around the country in a variety of important and unprecedented complex matters.

Before joining Labaton Sucharow, Molly was an Associate at Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin, & Spratt LLP. She has performed critical analysis for excess insurers, and private clients by evaluating legal issues, liability, damages, and exposure to potential arguments.

Molly earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, Molly was Legal Intern at the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. She received her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Florida State University.
