Anna Menkova is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Sucharow LLP. Anna focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors. She is actively litigating cases against Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. and Endo International plc.
Anna also participates in the Firm’s pro bono service, representing international victims of torture seeking asylum.
Anna previously was a Legal Intern at the St. John’s University School of Law, Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic, a Law Clerk at DiRaimondo & Schroeder LLP, and a Paralegal with the Lanier Law Firm.
Anna earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review, and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Binghamton University.
She is conversational in Russian.
