The National Law Journal spoke to Partner James Christie about the prospective integration of generative AI in plaintiffs firms' work processes.
"Each time we’re appointed lead plaintiff in a case, it means we’ll be spending a significant amount of time developing a theory of a case and going through due diligence," Christie said. Securities litigation, particularly, “is a very data-driven process and AI can help us sift through that information.”
