The New York Law Journal spoke with Labaton Sucharow Chairman Chris Keller and Chairman Emeritus Lawrence Sucharow about the Firm's recent leadership change. The piece noted the benefits of the gradual transition of power from Sucharow, who led the firm as Chairman/Managing Partner for more than 20 years, to Keller, who was elevated to the role of co-chair in December 2017.
The article also highlighted the many traits the Keller and Sucharow shared. "Chris brought that same type of energy to the law," Sucharow is quoted as saying. "We fit very well together. Keller agreed, saying "[Larry] and I are both visionaries in the sense that we like to see what's coming, we like to anticipate where the market is headed."
