Gregory Asciolla comments on preliminary approval of settlement in Cipro pay-for-delay case
Alleging that Bayer AG paid off its competitors to delay launching generic versions of the antibiotic drug Cipro, Labaton Sucharow recently secured a preliminary settlement in the Kansas District Court. "We are very pleased with the settlement because it represents a significant recovery on behalf of Kansas consumers and third party payors after over a decade of litigation," said Firm partner Gregory Asciolla.
