Joshua Wiesenfeld is an Investigator in the New York office of Labaton Sucharow LLP. Joshua’s primary responsibilities include gathering crucial evidence for case development, ranging from securities fraud to whistleblower representation.
Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Joshuaa was a Forensic Accountant for Wiss & Company. He conducted fraud investigations, valued businesses, and calculated damages. Prior to that, Joshua worked as an Investigator for the City of Philadelphia Office of the Inspector General, as well as the City of Chicago Office of the Inspector General, where he investigated waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption in the City government.
Joshua earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yeshiva University and a Master’s in Forensic Accounting from John Jay College. Joshua is a CPA and a CFE.
