Thomas W. Watson
Thomas W. Watson focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors.
Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Tom was a litigation associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he concentrated on securities and antitrust class actions, commercial litigation, and state and federal enforcement actions. He also served as a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.
Tom earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where he served as an articles editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and as the Executive Director for the Vanderbilt Legal Aid Society. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Boston University.
