The program also includes discussions on the pending Halliburton case, international class action case studies, and hedge funds and their fiduciary duties.

Labaton Sucharow Chairman Lawrence Sucharow will participate as a panelist in various sessions.

The IFLN was formed to address the need for greater collaboration among courts and lawyers in managing cross-border litigation. The Network is composed of more than 20 law firms in 18 countries. Please visit the IFLN website for more information.
