Labaton Sucharow Partners Named to Law360 's 2015 Editorial Advisory Boards

NEW YORK (March 10, 2015) – Labaton Sucharow LLP announced today the appointment of partners Gregory Asciolla and Michael W. Stocker to Law360's Editorial Advisory Boards, which gather feedback on the publication's coverage and gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.

Appointed to the Competition Editorial Advisory Board, Gregory Asciolla is Co-Chair of Labaton Sucharow's antitrust and competition litigation practice. He represents businesses, municipalities, and public pension and health and welfare funds in complex antitrust and commodities class actions. He currently represents clients in numerous global antitrust matters, particularly in the financial and health care services industries. He is the chairman of the N.Y. State Bar Association's Horizontal Restraints Committee and Co-Chair of the NYCLA's Antitrust Committee. Greg previously served as a member of this board in 2010 and again in 2014.

Appointed to the Securities Editorial Advisory Board for the third consecutive year, Michael Stocker represents leading institutional investors in class action, corporate governance, and securities litigation. Mike writes and speaks frequently regarding the financial markets and corporate reform, and he is an active member of the National Association of Public Pension Plan.
