Labaton Sucharow Partners Gregory Asciolla and Michael W. Stocker Reappointed to Law360 's 2016 Editorial Advisory Boards

NEW YORK (February 17, 2016) – Labaton Sucharow LLP announced today the reappointment of partners Gregory Asciolla and Michael W. Stocker to Law360's Editorial Advisory Boards, which gather feedback on the publication's coverage and gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.

For the fourth year, Gregory Asciolla, Co-Chair of Labaton Sucharow's antitrust and competition litigation practice, was selected to serve on the Competition Editorial Advisory Board. Greg represents businesses, municipalities, and public pension and health and welfare funds in complex antitrust and commodities class actions. He currently represents clients in numerous global antitrust matters, particularly in the financial and health care services industries. Greg is frequently sought after by the media, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times, and Global Competition Review, for commentary on global antitrust developments. Earlier this year, he was elected to the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) Antitrust Section. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Horizontal Restraints Committee of the NYSBA's Antitrust Committee as well as the Co-Chair of the Antitrust Committee of the New York County Lawyers' Association.  

For Michael Stocker, General Counsel to the Firm and a lead strategist on Labaton Sucharow's Case Development Team, this is his fourth consecutive year appointed to the Securities Editorial Advisory Board. Mike represents leading institutional investors in class action, corporate governance, and securities litigation. He is often interviewed by national publications and news stations regarding the financial markets and corporate reform. For two consecutive years (2015-2016), the Council of Institutional Investors has appointed Mike to the Markets Advisory Council, which provides input on legal, financial reporting, and investment market trends. He is also an active member of the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys.
