Chambers USA Once Again Awards Labaton Sucharow Nationwide Top Rankings for Plaintiffs Antitrust and Securities Litigation; Recognizes Five Leading Lawyers
New York, NY (May 10, 2018) — Labaton Sucharow LLP has been recognized by Chambers & Partners USA as a top tier plaintiffs law firm for antitrust and securities litigation in the Nationwide and New York category. The firm was also recognized for its work in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
In addition, five Labaton lawyers were named by Chambers as top litigators in the areas of antitrust and securities litigation.

Mr. Dubbs, a veteran securities litigator, is ranked among New York’s top securities litigators and described by clients as “a highly regarded trial lawyer who regularly represents institutional investors in securities class actions.”
