ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility

The ABA will host its National Conference on Professional Responsibility, bringing together legal scholars, jurists and specialists in the professional responsibility field for two days of intensive seminars covering a wide range of issues. Conference topics address recent trends and developments in legal ethics, professional discipline for lawyers, professionalism and practice issues.
Partner Jordan A. Thomas will participate on a panel discussion titled "Whistleblower Bounties: Is It Ethical for Lawyers to Accept Them?" scheduled for Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 2-3:20 pm. Kathleen Clark, Professor of Law at Washington University Law will also participate as a panelist. Nancy J. Moore, Professor of Law at Boston University School of Law will serve as a moderator.
