Labaton Sucharow LLP obtained a $12.5 million settlement on behalf of co-lead plaintiff City of Omaha Police & Fire Retirement System and a class of investors in Camping World Holdings, Inc.
The settlement resolves a securities class action against Camping World and related persons and entities. Plaintiffs alleged that Camping World repeatedly assured investors that it possessed adequate internal controls and that its acquisition of Gander Mountain Stores had gone according to plan—which caused surprise when the company restated its revenue and its CEO, Marcus A. Lemonis, admitted to the public that the integration of Gander had in fact been plagued by difficulties.
