Facebook is collecting highly sensitive personal data about abortion seekers and enabling anti-abortion organizations to use that data as a tool to target and influence people online.  This is a result of crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) having the Meta Pixel installed on their websites. The Meta Pixel is generally used to track traffic and activity on a website.  These data sharing practices and the use of such ultrasensitive data violate, among other things, California’s Medical Information Privacy Act, California’s Invasion of Privacy statute, and the CPCs' and Facebook’s own policies and promises.

On behalf of California residents, we intend to hold Facebook and the CPCs accountable for this egregious invasion of privacy.  Please submit your information below to join us in our cause.
