In the New York Law Journal, Partner Richard Levine wrote about the history and successes of the SEC Whistleblower Program.  The Commission has levied more than $1.7 billion in monetary sanctions in whistleblower-assisted enforcement actions, and tips to the program have spurred parallel actions before other government agencies.  

Levine also details how the program unexpectedly has become and a model for other nations and governments, including Australia and Ontario.
