The Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) will host their 2017 D&O Symposium at the Marriot Marquis on February 8, 2017 in New York, NY. This event will address the significant D&O liability issues affecting the legal and insurance market. 

Partner Jordan A. Thomas will participate in a panel titled, “The Office of the Whistleblower: Paying to Make the Wrongdoers Pay.” The panel will discuss the recent success of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Whistleblower Program and what the future holds for the program. Having recently exceeded the $100 million mark in awards for whistleblowers, the panel will weigh in on the likelihood of this trend continuing moving forward and touch on current developments within the industry.
