The New York State Bar Association's International Section will present its 2017 Seasonal Meeting in Antigua, Guatemala. This event will bring together professionals across the board to discuss a variety of issues including trade secrets, corrupt business practices and their impact on human rights, international dispute resolution, and compliance challenges related to trade.

This panel will discuss issues faced introducing a newly competition law regime. While Guatemala doesn’t currently have a competition statute, one is in the process for approval by Congress.
