Bounty Programs 101 (Fundamentals)

From November 7-10, the ABA will host 1,000+ attorneys for its 12th Annual Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference. Not only will attendees be able to hear an impressive panel of speakers, they will also be involved in networking and learning opportunities. 

Partner Jordan A. Thomas will be participating on the Bounty Programs 101 panel, which will provide an overview of federal bounty programs, including the False Claims Act’s qui tam provisions and the whistleblower provisions of the SEC, IRS, and CFTC. The panel will also address unique procedural frameworks of the bounty laws, common pitfalls to avoid, and best practices.
