  • In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation
    Nearly $500 million recovered to date in an ongoing price-fixing action against more than four dozen defendants located in six continents, including many of the world’s largest domestic and international airlines.

  • In re Flat Glass II Antitrust Litigation
    Negotiated $22 million settlement in a complex antitrust case involving a conspiracy to fix prices for construction of flat glass and related energy surcharges.

  • In re Puerto Rico Cabotage Antitrust Litigation
    Secured $52 million in settlements in a class action involving a conspiracy to eliminate competition in the market for ocean freight services between the continental United States and Puerto Rico.

  • In re Aftermarket Automotive Lighting Products Antitrust Litigation
    Secured $25 million in partial settlements in connection with a long-running conspiracy to fix the prices of aftermarket automotive lights.

  • In re Lorazepam and Clorazepate Antitrust Litigation
    Obtained $135.4 million to settle claims against Mylan Laboratories, Inc. for unlawful and anticompetitive price increases for generic versions of certain anti-anxiety drugs.

  • In re Natural Gas Commodity Litigation
    Recovered more than $100 million in a complex action against dozens of energy companies that manipulated the price of natural gas futures contracts traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange; at the time, the second largest class action recovery in the history of the Commodity Exchange Act.

  • National Metals, Inc. vs. Sumitomo Corporation, et al.
    Secured more than $90 million for plaintiffs in connection with groundbreaking action against Sumitomo Corporation and other defendants who conspired to form a cartel to manipulate worldwide copper prices.

  • In re TriCor Indirect Purchaser Antitrust Litigation
    Negotiated $65.7 million settlement in connection with claims that pharmaceutical companies unlawfully monopolized the market by changing the formulation of Tricor in an attempt to keep generic competition out of the market.

  • In re Stock Exchange Options Trading Antitrust Litigation
    Obtained $47 million settlement on behalf of stock options traders who experienced increased costs for trades executed on major stock exchanges due to the alleged anticompetitive conduct of defendants.

  • In re Marine Hose Antitrust Litigation
    Secured $31.7 million in total settlements on behalf of business injured by a conspiracy to fix the prices and manipulate the market for marine hose.

  • In re Abbott Laboratories Norvir Antitrust Litigation
    Battling Abbott Laboratories' unlawful price increase of Norvir, a life-saving HIV medication, we secured a $10 million settlement for the benefit of non profit organizations serving individuals with HIV.
