Thomas Curry focuses on representing investors in shareholder litigation, including class actions, corporate governance matters, and derivative litigation.
Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Thomas was an associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, where he represented several Fortune 500 clients in complex litigation concerning intellectual property and other commercial disputes.
Thomas earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal and won the Louis Kaiser Prize for best brief in the Winter Cup Moot Court Competition. He also spent a semester as a visiting student at the University of Notre Dame Law School. He received his B.A. from Temple University.
Thomas is a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Delaware.
