Seth M. Jessee
Seth M. Jessee focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors.
Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Seth was an associate at WilmerHale, where he gained extensive experience in complex federal and state court litigation matters, securities enforcement, and regulatory investigations. Seth has successfully represented global financial institutions, custodian banks, hedge funds, technology companies, and corporate executives in a wide range of legal and business issues.
Seth earned his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law, where he participated in the appellate litigation clinic and Moot Court competitions. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Seth is a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. He also volunteers as a Big Brother for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City.
