Peter C. Wood, Jr. represents the Firm's institutional investor clients in merger and acquisition litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and courts throughout the country.

Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Mr. Wood was an attorney in the corporate litigation department of Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A., where his practice focused primarily on litigation involving corporate governance, corporate control, contractual disputes and other commercial disputes. He also provided pro bono assistance to victims of domestic violence in obtaining Protection From Abuse orders and drafted estate planning documents for impoverished individuals.

Mr. Wood received a J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Penn State Law Review, and a member of the Woolsack Honor Society. Mr. Wood earned a B.S. in Finance from King's College.
