Natalie Ching joined Labaton Sucharow in 2003 and is a member of the Firm’s Case Development Group. She is primarily responsible for overseeing the Firm’s institutional investor monitoring program, a service that Labaton Sucharow offers our clients, which involves coordinating the acquisition of our clients’ investment data, analyzing the data to determine losses and their potential recoveries under the securities laws, and reporting these findings to our clients. She also liaisons with our clients in preparing documents for filing on their behalf.

Ms. Ching works closely with the Firm’s business development group in preparing client presentations, and is responsible for drafting and editing our seminar materials. She is also a member of the editorial team of the Firm’s quarterly publication, Lead Counsel.

Additionally, Ms. Ching performs a variety of research projects to evaluate current trends in securities class action litigation, lead plaintiff challenges, and class action settlements, particularly for our institutional investor clients.

Prior to joining Labaton Sucharow, Ms. Ching was a senior member of the case development team at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP, where she held similar client management and supervisory responsibilities.
