Morissa Falk represents consumers and businesses in cases involving price fixing, monopolization, and other anticompetitive practices. Currently, Ms. Falk is representing clients in In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation, In re Puerto Rican Cabotage Antitrust Litigation and In re Flat Glass II Antitrust Litigation.

While at Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Falk interned at the Office of the New York State Attorney General in the Civil Rights Bureau, various women’s rights organizations and the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the State of New York. She also was a member of the Legal Association of Activist Women.

Ms. Falk is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York Bioethics Committee, and the New York State Bar Association, Commercial & Federal Litigation Section - Antitrust Committee.
